Directory Assistance

A charge applies for each inquiry for directory assistance except as noted following: each number requested constitutes an inquiry except that the first two numbers requested on any one call constitutes only one inquiry. Charge per inquiry $0.95. Charges for directory assistance are not applicable to inquiries received from service furnished for the personal use of handicapped persons.

 

Long distance usage charges are based on the actual usage of the Company network. Chargeable time begins when a connection is established between the Calling Station and the Called Station. Chargeable time ends when either party “hangs up” thereby releasing the network connection.
